About Nicole

Hi, I’m Nicole, a registered dietitian nutrition (RDN) based in Boston, MA. I'm also a thyroid cancer survivor, women's health advocate, and just a gal who loves to talk about poop!

My health journey started from a low-point in my life. After being diagnosed with hypothyroidism, I just wanted to feel better.

It started out as fad diets. Doing more cardio. Seeing more doctors. But I felt more tired from where I first started.

It wasn’t until after I became a dietitian that I discovered functional and integrative nutrition.

I realized then that the power was in my hands to heal.

Through sustainable lifestyle changes, a holistic approach, and patience, I did it — I eliminated 98% of my digestive issues, cleared chronic skin rashes, reduced my thyroid medication, and restored my period.

Best of yet, I knew my body better than ever and finally felt like me again after 10 years of chronic symptoms.

And now, through my continued education and own experiences, I am excited to help you do the same!
